We want you to love your AMIR purchase. If you're not satisfied, here's how we can help:

Return Window: We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How to Request: Email us at charleneamirstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days.

Exchanges & Store Credit: Because we work with fulfillment partners, we primarily offer exchanges or store credit. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
